The static eliminator produced by our company is suitable for printing, paper, rubber products, electronics, chemicals, cigarettes, plastic film, plastic products, food packaging machinery and other industries.

Product introduction:
The static eliminator is divided into two parts: the host and the discharge ionizer. The host is also a high-voltage generator. The main purpose of the host is to generate high-voltage transmission to the discharge ion device; the discharge ion device is a rod elimination rod, and the length of the elimination rod is customized by the user. The elimination rod induces high voltage to the ion generating needle to form a strong electric field, ionizes the air, generates a large number of negative ions, and neutralizes the static electricity on the surface of the protected workpiece and the object.

(1) Installation of high voltage generator:
The ideal position is a position near the discharge ionizer. Moreover, the operator can clearly see the working conditions of the high-voltage generator, and special attention should be paid during installation: the grounding wires of the high-voltage generator and the discharge ionizer ensure that the two are connected and grounded, and the power supply of the high-voltage generator and the discharge ionizer can be opened and closed synchronously or in different places.

(2) Installation of discharge ionizer:
The installation distance between the discharge ionizer and the charged object is ideally 1-10cm. If a larger process operation space is required, the installation distance can be appropriately increased. Fix the bracket in place on the machine during installation. The support can adjust the distance between the discharge ionizer and the charged object. Ensure that the discharger is firmly grounded during installation.

(3) Wiring of high voltage line:
Since the output voltage of the high-voltage generator is very high, the wiring is also very important, and the high-voltage line should be away from metal objects and ground.

(4) Power-on test:
Before powering on, check the installation, use a universal meter to check whether the grounding of the host is connected with the discharge ionizer and the ground, whether the bracket is fastened, whether the high-voltage screw is tightened (the power cord plug must be inserted in place), and whether the eliminator is parallel to ensure that there is no sundries between the discharge needle and the negative electrode, and then power can be applied. After power-on, use a screwdriver with a wooden or plastic handlebar (good insulation, pay attention to safety) and slowly move one end against a metal rod to the needle tip. When the screwdriver and the needle tip are 5mm ~ 10mm, there is a spark, which indicates normal.

Maintenance and repair:
After the product is used for a period of time, dust is deposited on the surface of the discharge needle, which affects the effect of eliminating static electricity. After power failure, clean it with a brush or detergent, and dry it before use. If the indicator light on the host is not on, first check the power supply and then check the fuse. If the fuse is fused, please do not replace it immediately. After checking whether the high-voltage generator is short-circuited, replace the fuse.
